Bahrain Event Rentals is registered and operates legitimately in Bahrain under all applicable regulations and licensing requirements.

17.3 Tax Compliance

All pricing is subject to applicable Bahrain taxes. We will charge tax if legally required. You are responsible for any tax obligations.

17.4 Export Compliance

Equipment rental is limited to Bahrain and immediate surrounding areas. International equipment export is subject to Bahrain customs regulations.

APPENDIX A: FAQ AND CLARIFICATIONS

Q: Can I modify my booking after confirming?

A: Yes, you can request modifications up to 30 days before your event. Modifications are subject to availability. If changes increase cost, additional payment is due. If changes decrease cost, refund will be provided per cancellation policy.

Q: What if my event is canceled by the venue?

A: Provide notice and venue cancellation documentation. Refund will be processed according to standard cancellation policy. We may offer to apply deposit to future event.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?

A: No. Our quoted price is final, including delivery and setup within standard areas. Only taxes (if legally required) and damages are additional charges. Any special requests are quoted separately.

Q: What if it rains on my outdoor event?

A: You are responsible for protecting rented items from weather. We recommend tents or covered areas. Weather is not our responsibility unless you have purchased optional weather insurance.

Q: Can I extend my rental period?

A: Yes, if items are available. Extended days are charged at 10% of daily rental rate. Notify us as soon as possible.

Q: What happens if items are stolen during my event?

A: You are responsible for security. Report theft to police and provide report copy. Submit insurance claim. We will work with you to recover items if possible, but cannot refund if items are stolen due to insufficient security measures.

Q: Do you offer discounts for large events?

A: Yes. For events exceeding BHD 5,000 in rental value, we offer 5-15% discounts. Contact us for custom quotes.

Q: Can I take photos of items before the event?

A: Yes. Photos help verify item condition. Upon collection, we compare conditions to verify any pre-existing damage.
